With programmes in keeping with the respective age of the children we intend to stimulate their creativity and to encourage them to self-determined, individual and critical dealing with nature, art and history. Through concentration on specific objects and with media support we enable students to explore a specific topic thoroughly. Our programmes are a mixture of lectures and periods reserved for individual work so that subjective experiences and objective information can be interlinked.
The educational team’s strength lies in the wide-ranging backgrounds of its members who are experts in a variety of fields such as biology, history, art history or education. Organisationally the team, headed by Johannes Kritzl and supported by Martina Deinbacher, is part of the marketing department of Niederösterreichisches Landesmuseum.
